Adria centar Koćuša is a complex run by a family that started operating in 2020 with just a few accommodation units. Today, after 5 years of dedication to work and continuous growth alongside our guests, we offer just under 40 accommodation units, distributed among 11 rooms and 1 apartment.

The apartment has been carefully renovated with selected decorations, including a newly renovated modern bathroom, kitchen, living room, and two bedrooms. Each room is equipped with underfloor heating, providing additional comfort during your stay. The elegant and modern interior creates an atmosphere of luxury and comfort, making this apartment ideal for relaxation and enjoyment. The accommodation offers everything needed for a pleasant stay, providing guests with a sense of home while being away from home.

Our rooms feature free WiFi, air conditioning, a flat-screen TV with cable and satellite channels, and a work desk. Additionally, all rooms include a private bathroom with a shower, hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries. Each morning, a continental breakfast is served at the front terrace of Adria centar Koćuša.
